Monica - Health Coach

Monica is a Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer with a strong foundation in mental health and a deep belief that food is medicine. Her passion for holistic wellness began at a young age after witnessing a loved one fight cancer through natural and integrative approaches—an experience that shaped the course of her career and philosophy on healing.

After several years working in the mental health field, Monica moved to Maui, Hawaii, where she founded a cold-pressed juice business rooted in organic, locally sourced ingredients. During this time, she worked closely with clients seeking support for low energy, chronic ailments, and overall vitality. Seeing firsthand how intentional nutrition transformed lives solidified her understanding of the powerful connection between food, body, and mind.

After nearly a decade as a business owner, Monica sold her company to pursue a Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition and earn her Personal Training Certification. She recognized that true wellness is multifaceted—where nutrition, movement, and mental health work together as equal pillars of lasting health.

Today, Monica has coached hundreds of clients worldwide, helping them build sustainable habits that support long-term lifestyle change. Her mission is to empower individuals to feel strong, energized, and aligned through realistic, personalized wellness practices.

Anna - Health Coach

Growing up with in a home where health, nutrition, supplements, and longevity were a common part of household discussions, her interest in health and healing began early on. She started her career as a massage therapist in 2006 and has been curious about how food, hydration and emotions affect the human physiology. Anna is fascinated with the concept that the body is a manifestation of the mind and that all illness and dis-ease begins first in the subconscious mind. Adding yoga teacher certifications and other bodywork to her repertoire made sense in seeking ways to understand how the body works and how to best support her clients on a journey of healing and self-discovery.  In 2015 she also became certified as a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and studied Results Coaching Fundamentals.

Anna’s own health journey has taught her that food is medicine and what may be the ideal diet for one is not for the other. Respecting the needs of the individual as opposed to pushing a preconceived notion of what a healthy diet should look like. Exploration and understanding the bodies clues and signals that give insight into what is in harmony with an individual is a great passion of hers.

You’ll meet with Anna throughout your Program both in 1:1 and group classes.
