Ingredients:
- 20 medjool organic dates
- 1/3 cup chunky peanut butter or nut butter of choice
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup cacao or cocoa powder
- Sea salt flakes (optional)
Instructions:
- Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
- Slice open each date and remove the pit.
- Spoon a small amount of peanut butter into the center of each date.
- Melt the coconut oil and mix it with cacao powder to create a chocolate drizzle (or melt pre-made dark chocolate).
- Drizzle the dates with the chocolate or dip them for full coverage. Optionally, sprinkle with sea salt.
- Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
